Matrix V is specifically designed for simultaneous path Higher Selves who will be Graduating from the Earth point. It is not possible for all incarnations who read M5 to handle the materials properly or to comprehend them to their fullest. Matrix V has been read by the many sub-levels of Advanced simultaneous path incarnations. Every pre-Graduating Higher Self has had their Final Incarnation access the M5 materials in order to unlock the keys that they need to complete their Game experiences and initiate Graduation. This is why M5 exists at the Library on focus level 27. If it only existed in print form on Earth, not all pre-Graduates would have access to it.

   As stated in previous segments, it’s true that certain sequentials have copies of M5. This is not for the purpose of Graduating, but to look for loopholes and ways to eliminate these activities on future simultaneous-designated planets. They will fail, as always. That is not our concern as many M5 segments discuss.

   Some non-Graduating, simultaneous path incarnates have M5. These are not ready to Graduate during this phase, but may do so on the next simultaneous path planet. The keys contained in M5 will be inert for these Higher Selves because one must consciously choose to Graduate at their time. Only when this time is reached before entering the simultaneous planet’s gameboard, then will the keys be effective. Even though these Higher Selves will not be Graduating now, they can gain some perspectives that will help their decision process. This perspective is not, repeat not, available to current sequential path Higher Selves.

   The various pre-Graduate Advanced levels, that read M5, are sending the information to their Higher Selves and to their Final Incarnation via their Higher Self. The mechanics of this are part of the Game structure (EndGame rules and allowances). It is not necessary for all these incarnations reading the segments to understand every segment concept. The incarnation(s) that benefit from the reading will be able to handle them properly.

    Something that does raise its head now and then is an incarnation that reads M5 and beLIEves that they can ‘save’ the world if only they could take the M5 materials and water them down so that they can ‘save’ others and raise the planetary vibration. These are Light polarity incarnations with sequential delusions (to bring the planet to a single view).

   These incarnations are always bringing their concepts of how to ‘save’ the planet to myself and/or Val…and they never seem to stop. The curse of their level and the blindness of the Light polarity are both Body ID controls. They also refuse to accept previous segments of the nature of the simultaneous path and, especially, the Law of Allowance (the bane of the sequential path).

   They also use victim/victimhood lines, especially if they are in a female incarnation. Then we run into Orionization and spider-like web weaving which they are out of their collective minds if they think that will work on me! My three Dominants are having female incarnations. This was designed by my Higher Self so that this Final would not be susceptible to female Orionization manipulations.

   The Orionization is continuing with current day females and males as Earth sequentialization moves forward. This also infects some who have read M5. They are experiencing what their Higher Selves require during EndGame.

   Nevertheless, the Graduation keys are dispensed around the planet via M5. The Graduation Key has been in place for a few years and our Graduation cycle is progressing as it should be. This is also a very dangerous time, as you know. The American fascist empire is nearing a dramatic end. Some very negative experiences (somethings very bad) are about to happen. I have been warning this for a while now. This was why I had to be relocated by September 1. I am where I need to be.

   The sequentials are moving to deny free speech and communication by using the very bogus ‘hate crime’ laws. These laws appeal to most groups but they fail to see the real motive: stopping independent thought and unfolding a sequential atmosphere where no one is ‘offended’ except by those who do not conform.

   One of the hidden reasons for this is to halt the M5 project, so they think. If they can stop its distribution, it may be undone. No, sequential fools, it’s ALL done. Once again, they are too late to interfere. They’ve always been too late to interfere. That’s part of the Game where the simultaneous path always wins and the sequentials remain bitter.

   In the meantime, segments will be written and information will be available on the Internet. If these laws become fully entrenched in the United States, goodbye to all of that. Keep your M5’s at hand as well as the segments released since Vol 3. Most of all, trust in YOUR Higher Self!
