The headline below is on CNN’s site today May 10, 2006. Note how this follows the two M5 segments addressing the disappearance of the white race. This article deals only with Russia. This sentiment, however, rumbles through the power centers of Europe, North America and other white centers. I also noticed that as soon as I wrote this segment that the headline on CNN has changed. No surprise there.

The sequentials and body ID’d are panicked over this because it tells (those who know) that Graduation is coming and Earth will be removed from the Game board. As was indicated in earlier segments, the sequential agenda-setters are keeping track of what M5 is publishing. They beLIEve that they can locate a loophole by studying the M5 segments. There is NO loophole for the Earth Graduation. The Game addicted also beLIEve that they will find the non-existent way to extend this Galaxy Game as a whole. Pity those who refuse to progress forward. The pre-Graduate Higher Selves and the Galaxy Game designers know that these sequential Higher Selves will only be burning themselves. Decisions have consequences and some experiences are harder than they need to be.

In the case of world leaders, you have sequentials pulling the strings of these politicians. Bribing people to breed is a pure body ID tactic which repulses the spirit ID’d. How desperate they are and will even more become.

Plea for more babies

Putin, unchallenged at home and due to step down in 2008 after two terms in office, zeroed in instead on Russia's catastrophic demographic situation, saying the population of the country was falling by 700,000 people every year.

"The problem of low birth rates cannot be resolved without a change in the attitude of our society towards the issue of family and family values," he said.

"We must at least stimulate the birth of a second child," Putin said, adding that concerns about housing, health care and education prompt many families to stop at one.

To loud applause from officials, he said a special program would be set up in the 2007 state budget that would make 1,500 rubles ($55.39) monthly payouts to families for their first baby and double that sum for a second child.

He called on the government to work more effectively to raise Russians' standard of living, and made a now customary -- though ineffective up to now -- dig at state corruption, saying that a number of officials "have enriched themselves at the cost of the majority of citizens."
