More War, Terror, Chaos, Revealed Secrets and Sharpened Polarity Conflict
The conjunction of Pluto with the Galactic Center happens once only every 248 years. The last time was in 1745. At that time, the Industrial Revolution was just beginning. And it changed the world from a farming/agricultural fabric to one of machines in which man became a slave to technologies. In February, 2006, the process gets under way again, for the last time, as civilization here on Earth as we know it will have long ceased to exist by the time another 248 year period would transpire. There are a number of different planets in different signs to consider. The planets for this next Pluto event are in different signs than they were in 1745. It is a combination of ALL the astrological effects that herald what will occur. Like baking a cake, the flour is indispensable but flour alone does not make the end result. Pluto may be considered the flour, but the other planets must be considered for the final result. Multiple sources are directing attention to 2006 as significant, especially starting with the month of March. The hidden hand will become known to all. Chaos will be the word. While Pluto is transformative, it can be a hard experience if you resist or an enlightening one if you move with the current. People with fixed realities (religious nuts, political extremes, sequentially-minded conformists, etc) will have the most difficulties. Pluto is a slow moving planet and first reaches 26 Sagittarius on February 4, 2006 and remains there (due to retrograding on that degree March 29) until May 25, 2006. Pluto moves around 26 Sagittarius until October 29, 2007. The conjunction effects move well into 2008, with more Heavy-duty political changes will begin in 2008 when Pluto enters Capricorn.

From August 2006 into mid 2007 Saturn will be opposed to Neptune three times. This opposition is the next up hard angle aspect Saturn makes in the future. Hard aspects from Saturn to planets beyond it's orbit are KEY to understanding what the macro consequences will be.

An opposition works from the outside in and involves obvious stress between two parties.
This opposition will be from Leo = ego rule to Aquarius = humanitarian rule.
I conclude for starters we will see a tremendous repression of new age ideology during the 2 1/2 years Saturn spends in Leo.
Note: USA is in the sign of Cancer as a country. Presidential inaugurations and administrations are ruled by Capricorn. Major shifts in influences of the outer planets, transcendental, invisible, antagonistic to the status quo, global in scope -- the configurations contribute significantly to the dynamic of structure breaking, as well as chaotic and strong change/events. There is a mid term congressional election in Nov 2006. The election will occur during a lunar month starting on Oct 22nd 2006. This Oct 2006 new moon has a very tight Sun Moon Mars conjunction which we know from experience is a significant inflection point marker.. (pre crash peak in 1987 for example). Mercury and Jupiter (propaganda) will be conjunct on 10/22/2006 exactly on this new moon too. The Zodiac degree this new moon falls at is 29 Libra which is the exact same degree where Mercury went retro on election night 2000. Yes, THAT night when Bush "won" the presidency. There should be an obvious connection between the 2000 election and the 2006 election when all is said and done.. My read of election day November 2nd 2006 is that some sort of power play (more cheating?) meant to maximize neocons power in congress will become so blatant as to make those few 100th monkeys left in the population extremely ACTIVE.. The result of the 2006 mid term election wont be fully understood until the 2008 presidential election season but for now I consider it to be a "going too far" point from which the pendulum stops before it begins to swing back from an extreme.
I see the mid 2006 to 2007 period as a ratcheting up of fear levels WAY ABOVE what we see now from the vague outside "threat".. The fear of an enemy from without will implode into fear of our own neighbors.. Nightmarish random acts increase and are reported with glee on the TV news.. People are bombarded with negative images that increase in psychological sophistication. The empathic "truth" of the human spirit becomes walled off by an imposed fear of anything except adherence to established dogma.. A lack of understanding of what is behind the nightmare projections that steal reality makes for a religion quite similar to 1930's Nazism. Subjugation by fear as a lifestyle.. Fear as religion is acute and fear of others religion grows exponentially. Apocalyptic prophesy overtly manipulated by the "church" to appear as real life.
Sorry but this is how I see it playing out as long as trends continue in this direction. Anyone who wants to try and mute this had better start now.. Start by accepting the ugliness in yourself as the prerequisite to raising your consciousness above that place fear can operate.Restriction of liquidity imposed from an outside force is the basic interpretation . I sense that what we will see is an interest rate DECLINE possible in LONG TERM DEBT ONLY (mortgages) reaching a nadir some time before mid 2006. I assume this to be the last exhaustion move of the bull market in bonds that started in 1982... The low in long term rates will probably be the result of higher loan standards slowly beginning to limit who gets to borrow. I expect the rise in rates after the 2006 election will be DRAMATIC.. Punitive refinancing terms (above market rates = slavery) will be imposed due to no escape left thanks to the new 2005 bankruptcy laws.. Keeping a bad debt off the banks books will be their only incentive to work with you. No more cash outs for the "poor" people to buy cars and go on vacation. The post 2006 election economy is going to make it very hard for the "average American" to stay ahead of his debt load because I sense rates on the long end will rise from there at least into 2007 and maybe longer. Stick a big fork in the home speculation mania.. Eventually rates will attempt to go back and test but not exceed the 2005 - 2006 extreme lows 9 at least in real interest rate terms) .. I figure the depth of the 2010 depression a highest odds period to expect that retest low in rates.. 2010 looks like the final squeeze of the public's "lemons"
I see tit for tat international moves to limit capital flows between countries starting in 2006 too. Sanctions and import / export controls seem likely to increase because NO ONE IS GOING TO BE ABLE TO COMPETE WITH ASIA and thus the seeds of a future inflation problem will be sown.
Influenza and Disease Outbreaks
The worst epidemic in the last 100 years was the fall of 1918. Saturn was in LEO in 1918. Saturn will be in LEO for the next two and one half years.. Saturn was CONJUNCT NEPTUNE IN LEO in 1917.. This tells me maybe the epidemic ahead may be delayed until 2007 or 2008 but I sense this problem is only a matter of when it shows up not if. Saturn was opposed to Uranus during the worst of the 1918 outbreak so it is possible this new flu could be a multi year problem. Saturn is opposed to Uranus in 2009 and 2010.
Over the last few years there has been a coincidentally high number of top biochemist die with odd circumstances. Odds of THAT many deaths in one field is outside the realm of chance.
A likely correlation with Saturn Neptune stress could be pointing to some form of gasoline rationing. My best guess is this rationing will be accomplished through high prices but ya never know it could be actual rationing in many places. We know rationing is an attempt to control the demand side of the equation but this always creates a black market and two tier pricing. Rationing is always a POLITICAL decision and is VERY profitable for the privileged few in control.
Fast forward past the 2006 - 2007 Saturn Neptune opposition. The titanic struggle for control of consensual reality is accelerating.. The odd thing about universal law is there is ALWAYS BALANCE even if it is not easy to see. If the masses have been psychologically repressed to the point of being mind controlled zombies the nature of balance requires those few left who are awake and aware much become extraordinarily enlightened.
2008 election season
I think that by the time the 2008 election season gets underway it is going to be obvious that the public has actually started to recover from the deepest levels of rampant fear generation from Saturn Neptune stress and the mood is going to hopefully swing in favor of getting rid of the OBVIOUS PROBLEMS at the top starting from about mid 2007 into the election season in 2008.. DON'T FORGET the fear generating astro lets up markedly by mid 2007.
After Saturn Neptune lets up I think we have a dark cloud lifting (in pre election periods kind of a slam dunk to see that anyway). By the time of the election 2008 season is in full swing a high percentage of the public is FINALLY going to be aware of how they have been manipulated. I hope that a new 3rd political party has become viable by this time.. A choice between Hillary and Condi is not a choice.. I consider the month before the election 2008 VERY DANGEROUS due to the "powers that be" knowing that they are on thin ice. So will they be desperate to find any way possible to turn the tide back in their own favor or will they resign themselves to leave gracefully?
Old tricks maybe used for the last time.... I see a potential for a stock market mini crash in pre election 2008 if the public has become too independent. All we need do is remember 77 in the UK and keep that in mind as the way things are "handled" when the public gets a bit too bold.. The blame of course will be laid on dislocations because of a possible new ungodly liberal regime coming into power. Rats jumped ship before the 2000 election too so expect a great deal of selling from insiders going into the election season in 2008. DON'T forget that the Islamic terrorists always seem to "inexplicably" aid the neocon "sworn enemy" in elections.. One way to avoid losing an election is to postpone it due to an "emergency"... The astro suggests the neocons will not be inclined to simply leave on their own.. If they sense ouster is imminent there will likely be a major distraction.
Election day Nov 4th 2008.SATURN IN EXACT OPPOSITION TO URANUS.. And I mean EXACT to the minute of arc.. AND this opposition is from 19 Virgo to 19 Pisces.. Bluntly said this astro is nasty as shit!!

ALSO on election day Mars is in exact square to Neptune so sneaky operations will be seen for sure.. Pluto will be sitting at 29 Sagittarius at the location of the black hole at the galactic center. NO DOUBT IN MY MIND the message here is the neocons wont leave office willingly no matter what the voters do. They think they are gods so why leave.. And in a way Pluto is an astro influence that even more than Saturn represents evil in a judgmental definition of it. Having Pluto symbolically pass in front of the galactic center is a clear message to me. 7+People in 2008 will be stuck with the consequences of going blindly along the line of least resistance since 2000. The public going along with convenient lies for the sake of personal greed has become leveraged to the max extreme since the 2006 election fiasco and now what!!!. . EXPECT the internet freedom of expression we enjoy in 2005 to be non existent starting in 2008. EXPECT that the freedom to travel we take for granted in 2005 will be limited to only those in power and those who willingly serve that power. EXPECT that if you chose not to participate in subjugation you will become a virtual non person unable to work or drive a car. The "mark of the beast" (RFID tag) the neocons have worked to implement for 39 years will be a requirement of citizenship.. Once freedom becomes this limited the consolidation of the empire begins to accelerate from the outside in...Complete domination of the population through control of consensual reality is what "the data base" birthed in 1979 was all about... Using technology to dominate every mind and body is now PRESENT TENSE.. . ANYONE refusing full "voluntary" participation has become the "enemy" of the state. Western religion prophecy that has been used since the 1800s as a manipulative tool of choice to create culture conflict and compliance has now become the basis for real events. By 2008 I see three major powers all doing the same thing except for the style of repression. Judeo/Christian.. Islamic.. and secular Asia embraced in a concocted seemingly perpetual conflict intended to control the population by any means. Welcome to 'Armageddon'.
The time frame from late 2008 into 2010 has Saturn in opposition to Uranus three times and Saturn squared to Pluto three times. This represents TREMENDOUS economic dislocation and brutal repression of individual human rights. . This is the same sort of planetary arrangement that was present during the last great transfer of wealth which was from 1929 to 1932.. The difference this time is most major damage is going to come to Americans at the tail end of the a bear cycle during in the second leg down in the post 2007 bear market and not at the beginning of the bear cycle as it happened in 29-32.
From an astro point of view I see little reason to think momentum acceleration down hill can be avoided from mid 2006 into mid 2010.. The stress astro should reach a full crescendo about fall of 2010 and this could be the time period of a vast change of trend that will be recognizable for what it was only in hindsight. The postponed election of 2008 is might be held in 2010?? If so a rebirth of the USA is possible in the post 2010 period. Saturn will be passing over the natal USA Saturn at this time and I think this " maturing" aspect allows for a RETURN to JUSTICE and a mindfulness of what the founding fathers had set out to create. This does not mean waving a magic wand will make it all better because the dislocations from 2006 into 2010 will be so severe that it may seem an impossible task to heal the damage done in a single lifetime. Reconstruction of the USA as a viable democratic free republic will be gestating well into the middle of 2012.
CONCLUSION
What I am sensing is based on the nightmare trajectory seen in the current events in the 2005 time period. Is there a way out? I hope so. If wise men find a way to prevail now in 2005 the damage into 2012 could be manageable. There is no reason to see things turn as negative as I have delineated other than stupid Americans turning a blind eye to the obvious problem in the present. Of course I may turn out to be looked at a few years from now as a WILD EYED OPTIMIST in this article too because stupid Americans can make that a reality also.
I like to maintain hope for everyone but it aint easy when you see the sheeple continue to slip further from the only REAL reality which is being a conscious human with divine birthrights. An imposed nightmare of divisiveness and shame is only a few more sad events from becoming reality for the masses.. I think the time has come to take stock of one's own self NOW in 2005 while we still have a window of relative ease open... Maybe giving up notions that there are any more than a handful of us fellow travelers willing to walk the walk in conscious fashion is required.. A note on the 12/21/2012 time period:
I think an attempt will be made to reestablish neocon control that I believe will be lost in 2010 during the political season in the fall of 2012. I see the 2012 election is NOT during a huge astro stress period and I conclude from that the neocon agenda will be rejected once and for all in 2012. What is the reaction of those still seeking power over us remains to be seen. I would HOPE that by then the nature of consensual reality being what we COLLECTIVELY DETERMINE IT TO BE has become enough of a KNOWN by high souls so that any attempt to retake the nations of earth using fear will be almost laughable. I think any last ditch attempt to retake control after an election loss in 2012 is likely to take place in late Nov 2012 and that last battle for control of our collective mind should culminate on or around Dec 21 2012.. I don't expect going backward is possible after all we went through.. September 11, 2007: The solar eclipse at 18° 25' Virgo opposes Uranus at 16° 38' Pisces, all activating the degree of the Uranus-Pluto conjunction of the mid 1960s. Saturn enters Virgo. Pluto is at the degree of the Galactic Center. Look for a major battle in the morality wars, as society deals with issues of drug legalization, genetic tampering, human cloning, Internet controls/taxes, and new technologies that threaten business-as-usual.
December 2007: A conjunction of the Sun, Mercury, Jupiter, and Pluto near 0° Capricorn opposes Mars retrograde in the first few degrees of Cancer, joined by the Full Moon at 1° 50' Cancer on December 23. This starts the activation of zero degrees of cardinal signs, which are probably the four most sensitive points in the zodiac.(7) Pluto is now at the degree of the 1988 Saturn-Uranus conjunction.
Late January 2008: Pluto enters Capricorn for the first time in 247 years. The last time Pluto was in Capricorn was during the U.S. revolutionary war. (Pluto was opposite this point, at 0° Cancer, during 1912-1915.) Neptune is still septile Pluto. This is a critical time in the U.S. presidential primary season.
Mid June 2008: The Full Moon at 27° 50' Sagittarius is conjunct Pluto at 0° Capricorn. Mars at 22° Leo opposes the Chiron-Neptune conjunction along the lunar nodal axis. One possibility, with Chiron-Neptune in Aquarius that year, is the formation of local groups specifically focused on self-reliance and prosperity through alternative approaches to food and energy production.
November 4, 2008: Election day in the U.S. sees an exactopposition of Saturn and Uranus at 18 58' Virgo-Pisces (the solar eclipse degree of September 2007). This is the first opposition of the cycle that started with their conjunction in 1988 (at 29° Sagittarius). These two planets were last in opposition during 1965-66, with Saturn in mid Pisces and Uranus in mid Virgo. Environmental issues will be huge in this election, and major reforms could be instituted.
2009:The entire year of 2009 features a Chiron-Neptune conjunction in late degrees of Aquarius, exact in February 2010 at 26° Aquarius; this is the first conjunction of these two since September 1945. Jupiter joins Chiron and Neptune in mid December 2009, with an opposing Mars turning retrograde in Leo. Whoever is elected U.S. president in 2008 might now undertake an emergency mobilization of alternative energy production, if the problem has continued to be swept under the rug.
November 15, 2009: The most powerful configurations are beginning. Saturn squares Pluto at 1° 42' Libra-Capricorn, while the Moon and Venus join Neptune and Pluto in a septile pattern. The Sun septiles Saturn as well. Public fears of terrorism or war are accentuated at this time. This Saturn-Pluto square repeats on January 31, 2010 and again in August 2010. These are key dates in terms of oil shortages, oil price hikes, and international cooperation (or lack thereof). The increased use of coal raises new concerns about air pollution and accelerated global warming.
June 5-6, 2010: Things really heat up starting in mid May, as Saturn opposes Jupiter and Uranus. Then, Uranus enters Aries and, a few days later, is joined by the Moon and Jupiter at exactly 0° Aries. Meanwhile, Pluto is at 4°+ Capricorn and Saturn is at 28° Virgo, forming a t-square with the Moon, Jupiter, and Uranus. Mars at 29°+ Leo (conjunct Regulus) opposes Neptune and Chiron. This seems to me to have the potential for a major popular movement (at best) or an armed revolt (at worst). The key is to channel all this energy in constructive ways.
June 26, 2010: The lunar eclipse at 4° + Capricorn conjoins Pluto and activates a grand cross involving the Sun, Mercury, Jupiter, Uranus, the Moon, and Saturn - all within 5° of the four cardinal points. This will be a very important event, for better or worse, with a huge impact on global public opinion.
July 30-31, 2010: This marks another intense few days. Mars joins Saturn at 0° 49' Libra, opposing the Moon, Jupiter, and Uranus in Aries and squared by Pluto. Again, large masses of people may be affected by so much planetary energy concentrated near the cardinal points. Since cardinal signs are action-related, there may be a lot of people on the move (demonstrators, troops, refugees). The Mars-Saturn conjunction is on the Midheaven in Indonesia, China, and the South China Sea, creating conditions for a crisis in that area.
August 6-7, 2010: A cardinal grand cross is formed, involving Jupiter-Uranus in Aries, Pluto in Capricorn, the Moon in early Cancer, and Venus joining Mars and Saturn in early Libra. The Sun at 15° Leo makes stressful aspects (45°/135°) to the entire grand cross. We'll need to remain calm and balanced to deal with the relentlessly stressful aspects this summer. The electricity grid may be threatened; unusual Earth or weather changes could be part of the picture.
December 13, 2010: Conditions will have eased up a bit in terms of the cardinal cross, but on this date there is a tight conjunction of Mercury, Mars, and Pluto at 4° Capricorn septile Neptune-Chiron at 26° + Aquarius. Fanatical thinking or extreme acts are possible.
April 9, 2011: Uranus is at 0° declination; the last time this happened was in 1968-69. Pluto stations retrograde at 7° 30' Capricorn. The Sun, Mercury, Mars, and Jupiter in Aries oppose Saturn in Libra. Neptune has just moved into Pisces. Spiritual renewal and new ideas challenge outmoded structures. Radical new laws are passed and political movements reach critical mass this year. A growing optimism spreads as the energy of the Neptune-Pluto septile winds down.
2012: Uranus squares Pluto at 7° - 8° of cardinal signs. This is the waxing square of the cycle that started in the mid 1960s, with the conjunction of these two planets in mid Virgo. This square is a symbol of innovation competing directly with the entrenched power elite (corporate power may be challenged in a new and positive way, especially in a U.S. election year).Neptune-Pluto Septiles and Terrorism
To understand the upcoming years in greater depth, we first need to give attention to what I believe is the dominant planetary aspect of this decade - the septile (1/7 of a circle) between Neptune and Pluto. This relationship of Neptune and Pluto forms the backdrop for the other aspect patterns. Septile patterns (also known as seventh-harmonic patterns) are associated with terrorism, among other things. Gillam points out that the events of September 11, 2001 were reflected in a septile pattern involving the Sun, Mars, Uranus, and the Descendant at the moment the first jet airplane struck the World Trade Center. Aside from this septile pattern and the ongoing Saturn-Pluto opposition in effect at that time, the 9/11 chart would not be viewed by most astrologers as a very striking chart - certainly not a match for the events of that day. The Sun-Mars-Uranus septile pattern fits the event very well and may fill in some of the blanks.
Septiles are very intense aspects that tend to create strong polarization. The 1937-1940 period of exact Neptune-Pluto septiles brought fascism, brutality, and world war. Now, 64 years later, we have the same astrological aspect. Starting with the events of September 11, 2001, we are in another period of global war and blatant propaganda, with extreme polarization on many levels. Just reflect for a moment on the feel of these times, especially the collective fear and paranoia; contrast this with how our day-to-day lives felt back in 1995-1996. The difference is largely due to this Neptune-Pluto septile energy. Outer planets like Neptune and Pluto symbolize what is beyond our personal control; when they are operative, we may find that long-needed changes are brought about, whatever it takes.
The septile aspect is considered by various astrologers to be connected to fated events, breakthrough discoveries, the use of overwhelming force, projection of shadow material, compulsions, and the dispossessed elements of society.This journey into the dark, the shocking and the chaotic appears to emerge when we examine mundane and natal seventh-harmonic charts ... We should not be surprised if astrologers are not readily attuned to the power of the seventh harmonic. It can be a dark and overwhelming place - full of fears, surprises, taboos, and confrontations with "otherness." The 7H individual is someone who appears to be "living on the edge" as a "disorderer," renegade, or iconoclast, or someone who prods social conscience. The 7H event (typically a shocking human act) appears unannounced and unwelcome but may be a desperate final cry, from the darkest places in the collective psyche, perhaps to "re-balance" power relationships and to acknowledge the rights of disowned and dispossessed peoples. The seventh harmonic, as I have described it, symbolises a powerful, potentially destabilising force that challenges and threatens to undermine our stable, carefully constructed worldview. But, in this way, the seventh harmonic offers a route to the deep transformation of our understanding of the profoundest dimensions of individual and collective experience.
According to astrological researcher Michael Munkasey, the septile is a major astrological aspect and, as such, carries great significance. Among the keywords he uses are: reconciliation, concession, acquiring tolerance, compensation and comparison, reconciling of disputes, differences of opinion, the need to understand alternative points of view, an inner need for expanding consciousness.

Sextile: June 21, 2006: Cancer Solstice
As the Sun enters Cancer, it opposes Pluto and squares the lunar nodes at 0¡ Aries-Libra - and it forms a septile with the Moon in Taurus. Another very tight grand cross occurs at 8°-11° of fixed signs: The Moon opposes Jupiter and squares Saturn, Mars, Juno, and Vesta in Leo and Chiron in Aquarius. Also, Pluto forms a yod with Mercury and Venus while sesquiquadrate Mars and Saturn. This chart covers the June 21 - September 21 period, and it looks extremely intense. Astrological Aspects of Hamas Ascendency in Palestine on January 26, 2006
The last few years of the Israel/Palestinian struggle has been very costly - both sides have experienced huge losses.
The election held out hope that peace could begin to sprout and bloom in the West Bank and Gaza.
Much to everyone's surprise, despite a major infusion of cash to back the Fatah party, Hamas made a late surge in the polls to gain the political advantage. I did not surprise me. While the Palestinian Authority and Fatah were busy all these years fostering resistance, they also were internally corrupt and did not provide much for the average Palestinian's comfort.
On the other hand, Hamas did. They funded schools, helped with food and lodging and did make a difference in the daily lives of Palestinians. It does not surprise me that given a choice, people would vote for the party that helped the people. Fatah did not have such a record.
Fatah was originally begun in secret in Gaza on Jan 1, 1954. Arafat took over Fatah in Kuwait in 1956 I have no idea of the time of the original meeting so I use noon for the chart.- Flag is yellow
The Capricorn Sun and Scorpio Moon typify the resistance movement, but also tends to a top/down management style. Arafat took it a step further as he sought recognition and respect for the Capricorn Sun ( not powerfully aspected) The Moon is square Pluto and thus gave the organization endurance where loyalty was prized.
One might expect Mars 0 Saturn in the chart of a militant organization, so that fits...However a much stronger aspect is Neptune in the T square with Uranus and the Nodes. There is a good deal of idealism - however also a good deal of unrealistic dreams and the myopic view that violence is a cure that all Palestinians would welcome. It has been a half-century of struggle and tears with little to show for it.
Today transit Saturn at 7 Leo 58 is still 90 to the Fatah MA/SA effectively denying Fatah the win at the polls. The Sun and Mercury are at 6 Aquarius 90 to the Fatah MA/SA to complete the T square as the vote totals were verified. It sure looks to me like a repudiation of violence. There are also signs of hope. Transit Uranus is sextile to Fatah's Sun, so there is a statement of shared power. (If it chooses that option)

A noon chart produces a Sagittarius Sun and either a Libra Moon or a very late Virgo Moon. The stellium of Sun/Saturn/Uranus in the fire sign of Sag is trine to Jupiter at 19 Aries. (Hence the more benevolent organization of the two) Yes, there is also the militant component of the Party as Mars is conjunct Pluto in Scorpio.
The Sun, Saturn Uranus also squares the nodes in Virgo. Hamas is more religious than the secular Fatah party. Remember the recent targeting and assassination of the quadriplegic religious leader Yassin? Mar 22, 2004 at 5:20 AM in Gaza.
Hamas has refused to recognize Israel and it will be interesting to see if transit Pluto conjunct the natal Uranus will enable the party to govern and negotiate with Israel. I guess the real test will come when Saturn goes direct and re-approaches the square with the Hamas Mars/Pluto conjunction in early February.
