A NEW AND FUTURE ECONOMIC BASIS FOR PLANETARY SOCIETY:

Tired of the scramble with 'dollars' and survival? Wonder how some societies, even extra-planetary societies get along without money as a social control factor? This little essay may be on the road to answering that question. In a recent Star Trek film, Captain Pickard was asked "how much did the Enterprise cost?" He replied, "here in the 24th century, we don't use money. Everyone works entirely for the benefit of the civilization". Sounds like the Andromedan paradigm. Just how do they do it? It's a concept that is long overdue. A start - use 'time' instead of 'money' as the medium of exchange as a transitionary mode on a planetary scale.

NASA's PROGRAM FOR BREAKTHROUGH IN PROPULSION PHYSICS PROGRAM

For some reason, NASA is soliciting ideas for breakthrough's in propulsion physics, and is proposing a series of conferences to discuss them. Either they're serious, while at the same time oblivious to developments in black projects which have long ago addressed these issues, or it may be a ploy to solicit exactly how much is known out there in order to determine the information threat potential to existing black programs. The answer to this question remains unknown. The program goals, relevant topics in physics, preparatory work, and approaches are discussed. Also included are the results from the preliminary workshop, and discussions on circumventing the limitations of existing approaches.

THE MULTILATERAL AGREEMENT ON INVESTMENT - A SPLIT IN THE NEW WORLD ORDER?:

The initial draft of this piece was released on the web on April 24th. You can access that initial draft here. The piece was expanded for publication in the Leading Edge Journal. Do you really know WHO is complaining most about the MAI? Yes, corporate control of the planet is not desired. But, the issue is bringing out more behind the scenes. There is a split between the Anglo-American NWO block and the Global Corporate Technocratic NWO that promises to sink countries and give rise to a new world power - Red China. After the Y2K event, who is vulnerable to Chinese invasion and takeover? Australia and New Zealand. Interesting also that one of the visions of George Washington involved just such an event in the United States.

MAJOR CANADIAN HEALTH LAWSUITS COULD COST GOVERNMENT $24 BILLION:

A discussion of two major developments in Canada where class-action lawsuits threaten to bring down some of the "sacred cows" of the medical system. First, there is a major class-action lawsuit over mercury amalgam fillings that might cost the Canadian government over $20 billion. Secondly, over 60,000 people in Canada received blood tainted with Hepatitis C, a fiasco which might cost the Canadian government over $3.5 billion. All the details are in LE#110. According to word we are getting from Canada, the people are watching their MP's like hawks. They are also becoming a lot more educated on what is going on in the technocratically controlled United States, taking notice and examining their government very closely - something we could do if a greater number of people were not spinally-challenged.

BIZARRE REPORTS IN THE U.S. NEWS:

Interesting and curious news stories since the last issue of the Leading Edge Journal, including the government-funded study on the fluorinated drug fenfluramine on poor black and hispanic children, who were experimented on by scientists affiliated with Columbia University between 1994 and 1995 (allegedly to study violence), the refusal on anthrax vaccine by members of the U.S. military stationed in the Persian Gulf, revelations that Secretary General of the UN Kofi Annan knew about the Genocide that was going to happen in Rwanda, but did nothing (so much for Annan, the "hero"), the new computer chips being produced by Samsung allowing 2,000 newspaper pages worth of data on a thumbnail-size device, and a new revelation from the peer-reviewed medical journal Brain Research that reveals that there is an interaction between aluminum (like in toothpaste tubes) and fluoride that "may have grave implications for Alzheimers disease and dementia". Other reports included in issue #110 include more trials by the psychopathic medical establishment, trying to produce "edible vaccines", and more.

THE PHILOSOPHY OF MONEY

The logical followup to A New Future Economic Basis for Planetary Society in issue #110. Written by F.J. Eddy , author of "Moneyless Nation", at the height of the depression in the United States, this 1930’s essay discusses a new scientific definition of money, which unfortunately for some means blowing the credibility of the "gold standard". Eddy says there are two kinds of money, barbarous (physical) and civilized (mental). You can see where this is might go. Born out of the despair rampant during the depression, the essay contains a real collection of ideas to ponder - as we approach the economic upheaval of the planet in the late 20th century.

ENCLOSURES OF THE MIND - INTELLECTUAL MONOPOLIES:

The Rural Advancement Foundation International (RAFI) performed a research project in order to look into the issues of bio-diversity, intellectual property, human patents and other disturbing trends that are being monopolized by transnational corporations. The 88-page final report was boiled down to its essentials for this issue. Discusses biotechnology and the "life industries", a revealing "short history of the patent system", data on the infrastructure of global concerns, and more. Included in the package is the RAFI release on "Terminator Technology", the new approach to contributory genocide of Third World populations which treats food crop seeds so any seeds they produce are sterile.

GULF WAR VETERANS AND THE MILITARY MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT:

A recent composition by Joyce Riley von Kleist, R.N.,B.S.N., the Air Force reserve captain who has been dogging the Gulf War Syndrome issue for much of the last decade. People generally have a good idea that veterans with Gulf War Syndrome find it hard or impossible to get decent cooperation from military medical personnel - a topic discussed in this essay. In addition, there is a very good composite overview, in an almost historical sense, of the many struggles and discoveries experienced during this crusade for truth, and how its going as of May 1998.

ANDROMEDAN DATA UPDATE:

Alex Collier had another encounter on May 10, 1998 and this information was provided to us on May 13th. It’s essentially an update on some new developments with the Niburu in the solar system … and the appearance of two mysterious beings alongside Morenae.

DISCOVERY OF ICE-AGE NANOTECHNOLOGY - PAST VISITORS ON EARTH?

Apparently, about a year ago some very small objects were discovered in the Ural mountains which might qualify as possible evidence of extraterrestral (or terrestrial + time travel ) nano-technology. The artifacts, mostly spiral-shaped objects, cannot have happened naturally. Included are two articles translated from German.

SIGNIFICANT AND INTERESTING NEWS UPATES:

On 5/26 there was an interesting report entitled "World’s Glaciers Continue to Shrink" in which a new study done in Boulder, Colorado revealed some startling revelations about what’s happening to the planet in terms of temperature. New neurological research is reviewed in "Hopkins Scientists Clock the Speed of Comprehension", where they attempt to measure thought in terms of neural velocity. Additional articles discuss the research being done by Lucent Technologies on "quantum computers" capable of self-correcting for errors, the true nature of Ritalin (there are two forms, both of which have different effects, combined into what millions of kids are given each day), the vibratory nature of the earth, a discovery that protons and anti-protons have the same mass, a new form of transistor-less computing using something called "Quantum Dot Cellular Automata", a discussion of a newly discovered symmetry used by antibodies, mind-altering frequencies produced by vehicle tires when in motion, and more.

CROP CIRCLE CYBERNETICS:

A CORPORATE EFFORTS TO INITIATE A PROCESS OF NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION:

Everyone seems to think about the idea of legislature or government instituting a program forcing a system of national identification for the population. But, such a system may already be in place by virtue of corporate action. For the last several years, the TALX corporation has already come up with the idea of a "working number for everyone", and has a long client list which includes many government agencies and corporations.

Is the genesis of cancer a physical result of a person’s life situation, his practical, emotional and social problems? The Embrace of Light by Gravitational Fields:

New Zealand scientist Brian St. Clair Corcoran has presented a revolutionary new theory concerning the nature of light in his doctoral thesis at the International University in Los Altos, U.S.A. He has discovered that light which is an electromagnetic phenomenon also has a gravitational field which lies around its propagation axis. Includes discussions of "zero time space", and more. Vaccines - Do We get Healthy or Sick?:

Dr. Viera Scheibner, researcher and Doctor of Science from Australia, gave a lecture in Stockholm on the effects of vaccination. Her information is highly controversial, and to the question of why she travels around the world with her message, she answered: "Because the truth has to come out." The Pineal Gland: The Bridge between the Physical and Spiritual Reality:

The parapsychologist Serena Roney-Dougal has since 1978 been studying the pineal gland and its significance for the appearance of psychic phenomena. She has, amongst other things, found that it produces a substance that is virtually identical with the active principle in ayahuasca, a drink that is used by several South American native people. Clinton's Executive Order 13083:

One of the many insidious acts performed by our democratic socialist government in 1998 was the executive order issued by President Clinton in May, while he was in England. Executive Order 13083, a virtual mirror image of President Reagans E.O. 12612, which 13082 revokes, virtually eliminates by dictate the 10th amendment to the Constitution, state rights, and a number of other vital Constitutional items. Secret Expedition in 1940's Uncovered Which Proves Discovery of Hall of Records:

Early in 1936, a concrete vault was discovered during construction some 97 feet below the surface approximatelt 60 miles east of Athens. In the vault was found a small teakwood box containing parchment-like scrolls in nearly perfect condition. On July 14, 1940, a select group of research scholars and archeologists met in Paris to examine the box. It contained five scrolls written in five different languages, including what was thought to be Atlantean. Among the experts examining what they found was Albert Einstein, who participated in the analysis. After decades of work, it was realized that these documents provided a roadmap to the interior secret passages of the Gizeh Pyramid, and the code for gaining access to a secret chamber 500 feet below the pyramid. In June 1976, 40 years after the discovery of these scrolls, access was gained to the secret chambers, which comprised three levels. Six expeditions to this series of rooms were conducted, ending in 1977. Now, for the first time, the story of this emerges - it is a story about the true history of the pyramid, its construction, and more. Part 1 of this story is preceeded by a small missive from the Chicago Group, who transmitted this data to us, and is revealed to the world beginning in Leading Edge International Research Journal #115. Latest Update on Global Changes from the Chicago Research Group and Associates - Dec 1998

This latest large missive, more than 27 pages of material, contains some really interesting material, including the latest economic overview, astrophysical overview, cosmological overview and more. Discussed are areas pertaining to solar flares and changes, especially in light of the Dames material and other lesser known aspect of what's happening.
